How can I find the course or certification I need?

If you know the course you are looking for you can search by solution, course or registration code. Within the search function you can also filter by schedule, duration, role, location, language, delivery method or focus area. You can view the full scope of courses on the Courses and Curricula page and certifications on the Certification page. If you are new to SAP, there are a number of introductory courses available to help you get started. Finally, if you would like to speak to a training advisor in person, please contact SAP Education using the contact details on the right.

I’m just starting out. Can you recommend introductory courses?

We offer a range of introductory courses to give you a taste of what you could achieve with SAP. If you are not yet certain what area you would like to focus on, you should start with area in which you already have a sound business understanding. For example, if you have experience in the financials, it makes sense to investigate our introductory Financial and Managerial Accounting courses.

For SAP solutions, if you have little or no SAP experience at all, you will need to attend an overview course. There are two entry-level courses, the SAP01 SAP Overview and SAPTEC Fundamentals of SAP NetWeaver Application Server. The SAP01 is the functional overview course for individuals who aim to become application consultants. SAPTEC is the technical overview course for those who would like to become technical consultants, e.g. programmers or system managers/administrators. You should choose which course best fits your overall objectives. Once you have attended the SAP01 or SAPTEC, you can progress through an individual course curriculum, at the end of which you may choose to take a certification exam in order to validate your efforts to the external market.

For SAP BusinessObjects solutions, there is no single overview course. You should follow the curriculum path for the solution you are interested in. For more details, see the Curriculum Collections by Solution area of the Courses and Curricula section.

Can I change the date of my course once I’ve booked it?

Yes. You may transfer the booking to another date for no extra cost as long as you make the request in writing more than 10 days before the start of the course. See our full terms and conditions.

I have completed my exam but haven’t received my certificate yet.

Certificate delivery varies from region to region. If you haven’t received your certificate one month from the completion of your exam, please contact your local SAP office to confirm. In addition, you will soon be able to download certificates from the training shop – watch this space for updates.
